Start-up with the nitro spark-ignition system. It only has a glow plug. Simply pull the glow plug out of the engine and power it up with a glow igniter; it should glow a bright white/orange. If it doesn’t glow at all, the cause of your problem is revealed; if it lights up poorly or the elements is white or black, the glow plug may have seen better days, and it may be time to replace it. Spend a few buck on a new plugs; its a cheap price to pay to save yourself the aggravation of trying to start an engine whose plug is in poor condition.

Toys for the big boys:
Ways to build the nitro TC3
* Chassis. Machined entirely from extreme stiff billet aluminum and anodized blue, this is the heart of the conversion. neatly machined recesses provide all the space needed for the engine, fuel tank and throttle servo, and the screw holes all countersunk. The chassis also acts an effective heat sink to dissipate engine heat.

* Suspension. The stock composite parts can handle the power or the nitro engine and are probably what the average person will use in this conversion, but I decided to use GPM aluminum hardware to trick out the nitro TC3’s suspension. I replaced all the molded arms, hubs and mounts with the GPM aluminum equivalents. These arms don’t offer any real performance gain, but their increased rigidity should isolate the suspension more effectively. The parts fit very tightly and cause the suspension to bind more than the stock composite arms. With a little patience and a reamer, I was able to free the suspension considerably
* Shocks. The stock TC3 shock are used for used for damping. Filled all four with Losi’s 60WT Certified silicone shock oil because I’m setting the car up for a smooth, flat track and don’t want any unnecessary body roll that would scrub off speed. Replaced the shocks stock O-rings with a silicone set from GS Racing.

* Drive train. With the exception of the GPM spur gear adapter and the Associated Nitro Dual Sport spur gear/clutch bell, the TC3 conversion uses the stock drive train. Because there isn’t a 2 speed, a large, 22 tooth clutch bell t get the tallest possible gear ratio.
* Brake. The conversion includes a drum-brake setup; the rear drive cup has been replaced by a hardened-steel unit. The conversion don’t include brake pads, to increase braking action. MIP CVDs are include in the kit and they follow the same blue theme.
* Steering. Replace the stock composite rack with an aluminum version from GPM. The parts retain the stock geometry, so steering response isn’t changed.

* Engine accessories. The conversion suggest an associated RC10GT fuel tank, though with some custom fitting, you could install certain other tanks. Used GS Racing fuel tubing for both fuel and pressure lines. GS also offers high-quality exhaust couplers in variety of color.

Felt condition from an ingrown toenail lately?
Having this kind of condition might be quite common but it cause an intense pain, swelling and inflammation, it may even get infected, in which case, you should immediately consult a doctor.

How to avoid having one, or treating it if you already have it?
The first line of defense is to avoid the cause of ingrown toenail, namely ill-fitting shoes, incorrect nail clipping, dirt or build-up in the nail corner. Any or a combination of these, result to the edge of your nails poking the tissue of your toe corner (that’s where the pain comes from!)
It is very important, then to clip nails properly, that is, straight across using a specially designed nail clipper, not scissors. Wear perfectly fitting shoes and socks.

To relieve you of the pain and pressure once you already have it, use a specifically formulated toenail softening treatment. Make sure you’re using a solution that contains sodium sulfide, such as toenail softening solution, to effectively soften the toenail and the calloused tissue.
Beautiful arms

Sharing the way to shape beautiful arm:
1. Sit on a study chair with your feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended down at your sides and your palm facing forward. Your back should be straight and your eyes facing forward.
2. Keeping your upper body stable, blend your elbow, and curl the weights up towards your shoulders. Without hesitating, rotate your wrist so your palms are facing out in front of you. Press the weight over your head. Maintain the same distance between the dumbbells as you lift. Stop just before your arms are completely straight. the weights should be overhead and in front of your body. Pause, slowly revers the movement, and lower the weights.
Do it everyday until you shape-up your beautiful arms.
