Our preparation for the coming Pangapisan North annual festival in celebration of our patron saint Sr. San Roque starts today.  The festival includes the first Bagoong Festival Street Dancing Competition that is open to all owners, dealers and manufacturers and workers of bagoong in Barangay Pangapisan North.  This will serve as the highlight of the event.  The contestants will parade in the designated parade route of the first Bagoong Festival 2010 Street parade.  This is the mobile presentation of the competition and a focal presentation or ritual on how Bagoong is being made.  The competition will be held in front of Sr. San Roque Chapel in Pangapisan North, Lingayen, Pangasinan and it will be held on April 24, 2010 at 3:00 in the afternoon.  The winners will represent the Lingayen in the Festival of the North street dancing competition of the Bangus Festival.
